Analyses enter a queue and begin when compute capacity is available. Processing time depends on dataset size and queue availability.
Common questions
What can I upload?
WGS: exactly two paired FASTQ R1/R2 files (.fastq, .fq, optionally .gz), up to 10 GiB each. Comparative: uncompressed .fasta, .fa or .fna, up to 25,000,000 bytes each; Pairwise 2 assemblies, Multi-genome 3–20, Targeted 2–20 plus 1–50 gene names or locus identifiers.
What happens after upload?
Files enter private staging and analysis waits in a queue until compute capacity is available. You can follow progress from your Account or Status page.
Are raw inputs included in the results ZIP?
Source FASTQ and FASTA files are excluded from public results packages by default. Completed-job inputs are scheduled for cleanup after 7 days.
